Valid from: 6:00 AM on Friday, June 23, 2017

A low level trough together with the presence of a tropical wave are expected to continue to result in an increase in cloudiness, some scattered showers and possible isolated thunderstorms across the area during today.

Persons in areas prone to flooding, landslides and falling rocks are advised to continue to be vigilant and to exercise caution. However, a relative improvement in conditions can be expected by this evening into tonight.

Meanwhile, another westward moving tropical wave located in the Tropical Atlantic is expected to approach the area by late Saturday into Sunday.
Slight to moderate seas are expected during the next 24 hours with waves peaking near 5.0 feet.
